I've never been a fan of Pit bulls or Rottweilers or any type of dog that people have bred to be vicious. I understand fully the argument that owners of these breeds of dogs make; dogs are taught to be vicious. I understand and have really quite a lot of empathy for that argument, but I'm sorry I'm still not trusting of these breeds of dogs. For that matter I'm not completely trusting of any dog, except my own.
BUT, and that is a big BUT, when was the last time you heard of anyone being killed by being mauled by a poodle? Today it isn't about the breed of dog however, it's about a breed of non-human.
This is not what a puppy should look like!

I have no earthly idea how long Michael Vick will serve in prison on this planet, but I have some idea of how long he will have to serve in the after-life prison.
I don't usually think about these things, I really don't like to assume what the creator has in mind, but there can be no question that anyone that abuses the helpless has a 'special' place reserved the exclusive establishment we mortals call Hell.
Even the worst of the worst in the prison systems have a way of reserving special treatment for those convicted of the most heinous of crimes. Child killers, child molesters, and the Jeffery Dauhmer types seemingly do meet with a special kind of justice once they get behind bars.
Vick may end up starting his sentence eternal sentence sooner than he thinks. After all, I have heard this said "you can F*** with my money, you can F*** with my hair, but don't...Don't F*** with my dog.
People like their dogs. Vick's camp is coming out nearly daily with words of contrition. "Mr. Vick knows now he made a mistake". NO...that won't cut it. I now know I made a mistake is what one says when they find the error they made while balancing their check book. A mistake is picking up the fat-free salad dressing instead of the Ranch dressing.
Michael Vick knew what he was doing was wrong. He knew what he was involved in was cruel to the nth degree. He knew what he was doing would ruin him and destroy the life he was leading. All this is evidenced by his attempts at keeping what he was doing hidden.
Now the NAACP doesn't think that Michael Vick should be banned from playing Pro-football. I frankly don't think he should be banned either. Logic might dictate that would be a just outcome for what he has done after he has finished serving his sentence, but I hope that he isn't banned.
I for one would like to see who if anyone would actually share a dressing room with this amoebae. I'd like to see what organization if any would be so bold as to spit in the face of every decent fan by giving this 'amoebae' a spot on a team.
Michael Vick should have his name erased from every page on which it has been written.
I vow to never write his name again. If I make any reference to him in the future it will be as amoeba-vick, the former, if ever, human being that ruined his own life by his own cruelty.
Amoeba-vick this is what a puppy should look like!
